DMCA Policy

Landscaping in Dubai respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. This policy details our procedures regarding alleged copyright infringement and how to file a DMCA takedown notice. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This applies if your material was removed in error following a copyright infringement claim. We will reinstate the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order against the content provider.

A valid counter-notification must include the following details:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Include the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Landscaping in Dubai may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
